These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Synfolix Private Limited. By accessing or using the Synfocare Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Synfocare healthcare management and hospital workflow software platform including associated websites, applications, APIs, and institutional deployments.

“User” refers to Healthcare Professionals, Institutional Users, Patients, Guardians, Caregivers, and any authorized person accessing the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Synfolix reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Services

Synfolix provides healthcare workflow and hospital management software services including:

Patient registration and records management
Appointment scheduling
Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Digital prescription management
Admission and discharge workflows
Billing and administrative management
Role-based access systems
Patient mobile access features
AI-assisted healthcare workflow tools

      AI-assisted features are intended solely
      to assist licensed healthcare professionals
      and do not constitute medical advice,
      diagnosis, or treatment.
    

4. User Eligibility & Registration

The Platform is intended primarily for healthcare institutions and users operating within India.

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information at all times.

Healthcare Professionals must possess valid professional registrations and licenses applicable under Indian law.

5. User Obligations

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Protect patient confidentiality and privacy
Maintain account credential security
Comply with healthcare and data protection laws
Avoid unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering or tampering with the Platform
Uploading malicious software or malware
Unauthorized data extraction or scraping
Sharing credentials with unauthorized persons
Fraudulent or misleading activities

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, software, branding, logos, interfaces, and systems remain the exclusive property of Synfolix Private Limited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Synfolix processes personal data and sensitive healthcare information in accordance with:

Information Technology Act, 2000
SPDI Rules, 2011
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Applicable healthcare regulations in India

Synfolix does not sell User data to advertising or marketing platforms.

9. Third-Party Services

Synfolix may introduce integrations with laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare systems, or third-party providers in the future.

Supplemental terms may apply to such integrations.

10. Pricing & Payments

Pricing, subscriptions, payment cycles, and enterprise agreements shall be communicated separately to Users or Institutional Clients.

All payments are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

      The Platform is a healthcare workflow
      support system and does not replace
      licensed medical professionals.
    

Synfolix shall not be liable for:

Clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals
Third-party service interruptions
User errors or unauthorized access
Indirect or consequential damages

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Synfolix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases involving:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Security risks
Non-payment of fees
Violation of applicable laws

13. Regulatory Compliance

The Platform currently operates as a healthcare workflow and management system and is not classified as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
