Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all Users of the Synfolix Platform, including Healthcare Professionals, Institutional Users, Patients, and Caregivers or Guardians.

This Policy governs the terms under which a User may request cancellation of their subscription or account, and the conditions under which refunds of fees paid to Synfolix may be considered.

2. Subscription and Payment Structure

Synfolix offers access to the Synfocare Platform on a subscription basis or through other pricing models communicated at the time of registration or onboarding.

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by User

3.1 Individual Users

Individual Users who wish to cancel their account or subscription must submit a written cancellation request to Synfolix using the contact information provided below.

Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Institutional Users

Institutional Users must cancel subscriptions in accordance with the commercial agreement entered into with Synfolix.

In the absence of specific terms, a minimum notice period of thirty (30) calendar days shall apply.

4. Cancellation by Synfolix

Synfolix reserves the right to suspend or terminate Platform access in cases including breach of terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment of fees, or activities affecting platform security or patient safety.

Refunds may not be applicable where termination results from violations attributable to the User.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Principle

Due to the software-as-a-service nature of the Platform, refunds are generally not available once access has been provisioned and the subscription period has commenced.

Users seeking a refund must submit a written request including:

Synfolix shall endeavour to review refund requests within fifteen (15) business days.

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. Non-Applicability of Physical Returns

As Synfolix provides exclusively digital services and does not dispatch physical goods, no physical return process is applicable.

8. Amendments to this Policy

Synfolix reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.
